Q - Can I order custom sizes or colors?

A - Yes, custom sizes and colors are available , so please email us if you have a need for sizing not presented.

Q - How long does shipping take?

A - Please allow between 2-4 weeks from the time you place your order until the rug arrives at your door. Larger rugs will be closer to 4 weeks, and smaller rugs, closer to 2 weeks.

Q - Are your rugs fair trade?

A - YES! Madouk prides itself on the fair treatment and wages of it’s artisan makers.

Q - Do you use 100% raw virgin wool?

A- Yes, our wool is from sheep in the local mountainside and it is 100% raw virgin wool, never bleached or treated with chemicals.

Q - Do I need to be there to sign for my delivery?

A - Someone will need to be present at the address to sign for the delivery of your new rug. Cue victory dance!

Q - How do I care for my rug?

A - Mad’Ouk rugs are heirloom pieces that can last for decades with regular care and cleaning. We recommend you shake your rug outside weekly, or vacuum (side-to-side, not end to end) with the beater bar on its highest setting.

For spot cleaning, use warm water and a little detergent, treating as quickly as possible. Follow up with a dry cloth.

Every few years, have your rug professionally dry cleaned by a quality professional cleaner.

Do you accept returns?

All orders are final and we aren’t able to accept returns. Please make sure all measurements, colors, and design are what your need before placing your order!

Can I cancel my order?

After placing an order, you have 24 hours to cancel your order to receive a refund.

What if I don't like the rug?

We have yet to have that happen! You can always reach out us to answer any questions you have before placing an order to make sure your custom handmade rug is right for you! Please do a deep dive before ordering as all sales are final.
